Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at parisbola. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• A valid and actively used email address

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. parisbola reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. parisbola does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties.
• Parisbola does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) only.
• Parisbola reserves the right to hold or investigate any suspicious deposit before permitting its use.

Parisbola is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. The following are our withdrawal guidelines:

Processing Time

• Regular Members (Bronze/Silver): 5–15 minutes for all e-wallet methods; 30–60 minutes for FPX bank transfer
• VIP Gold/Platinum Members: 3–8 minutes for all methods
• VIP Elite/Diamond Members: Instantly or within 3 minutes

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50
• The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC).

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, device, IP address, or household unless otherwise stated.

All bets placed on parisbola are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified once the game has started.
• Parisbola reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, incorrect data, or extraordinary circumstances affecting the outcome.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on screen and the server records, parisbola's server records shall be considered final.
• Bets placed on markets that have already closed or expired will not be accepted and will be automatically voided.
• Parisbola reserves the right to void and reject any suspicious bets or bets that exploit system vulnerabilities.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and membership tier. General limits are as follows:

• Sports Betting: Minimum RM1 — Maximum RM50,000 per bet
• Slots: Minimum RM0.20 — Maximum RM2,000 per round
• Live Casino: Minimum RM10 — Maximum RM500,000 (VIP Diamond)
• Table Games: Minimum RM5 — Maximum RM100,000

• Parisbola is not liable for any indirect losses, financial harm, or loss of profits claimed in connection with the use of the platform.
• Parisbola's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount actually deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Parisbola is not liable for the failure of third parties, including game providers or payment processors, that are beyond our control.

Parisbola reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Multiple account ownership
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other members
• Attempting to hack or damage parisbola's systems

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact parisbola customer support. Any valid balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

Parisbola reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify members through the following channels:

• In-app or on-site notifications on parisbola
• Email sent to your registered address
• Notification via WhatsApp message (if you have subscribed to this service)

Continued use of the parisbola platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the amendments come into effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the parisbola platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Live Settlement: Contact parisbola customer support to attempt direct resolution of the dispute within 30 days.
2. Mediation: If unresolved, parisbola offers a free mediation process as a second step.
3. Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through the above methods will be referred to binding arbitration.
